EZZY Foods maintains high manufacturing sanitation thresholds. Our processing site integrates advanced mechanical peelers, ozonated water wash channels, automated slicing blades, multi-stage conveyor air-dryers, and high-frequency optical color sorters.
From the moment the crop is brought in, raw materials undergo strict grading. The outer skins and roots of onions and garlic are removed mechanically to eliminate soils. After peeling, materials are washed in ozonated water tanks to reduce initial surface bio-burdens.
Our hot-air dehydration ovens maintain custom-tuned low-temperature air convection loops. This removes water below 5% while preventing the scorching of essential flavor oils. In the final stage, all processed products pass through powerful magnetic grids, rare-earth tube magnets, and industrial metal detectors to ensure zero metal inclusions.
How we process dehydrated onion, garlic, and spices for commercial global markets.
Contracted farm-level sourcing. Crop supervisors monitor farming techniques to ensure high pungency values, optimal size, and minimal chemical footprint. Harvesting matches specific seasonal peak patterns.
Onions and garlic are cleaned in ozonated water to remove clay, dirt, and organic residues. Mechanical cutters slice them to precise, uniform thickness specs to guarantee even moisture removal in the dryer.
Slices are layered on stainless steel belts and moved through a multi-zone hot air convection dryer. Temperatures are regulated carefully between 55°C and 75°C to preserve color, natural sugars, and pungent oils.
Dried flakes pass under color-sorting cameras that reject dark-spotted pieces. Heavy-duty magnetic tubes extract any trace particles, and high-frequency search coils verify absolute food purity.
Every product batch is sampled for moisture content, sizing tolerances, and micro-biology parameters (including total plate count, yeast/mold, E. coli, and Salmonella). Approved batches are immediately packed in heavy poly-lined multi-wall paper bags.
